Our Approach

Our dedicated team of consultants comprising of some 45 employees working alongside 50 or so associates are supported and managed under the Company's professional management support structure.

Whilst we offer services similar to those provided by our competitors, our service offering is totally different. Unlike agencies we do not maintain a database of untried and untested ‘temps’ the majority of our consultants are recognised leaders in their field who have first hand knowledge and experience of providing services to the public sector.

As we continue to grow we have consistently delivered services to the highest standard and have worked with 50% of local government authorities and over 80 NHS organisations in England and Wales, attracting repeat business and positive referrals wherever we go.

Having established ourselves as the leading provider of interim finance management to local government and, consultancy services to the NHS, our aim is to build long term relationships with our clients, providing managed solutions by:

• Understanding clients' needs - through initial meetings to familiarise ourselves with particular problems and circumstances
• Providing the ideal solution - using consultants with appropriate experience, skills and qualifications, as well as a track record in the successful delivery of assignments
• Managing assignments - through our professional management support structure, ensuring delivery in accordance with our philosophy based on quality, value for money and professionalism in all that we do (qvp)
• Upholding reputation - by providing access to a named senior manager at all reasonable times. Our approach to quality ensures that a senior member of staff is always on hand to and offer their expert knowledge, experience and support
