Ex London SHA Director of Finance joins Public Sector Consultants.

David is a qualified CIPFA consultant, who has a nationally renowned reputation in health finance and organisations, with over 35 years of NHS experience, 20 years at Board Level. An experienced Director of Finance who worked at South East London SHA for over 6 years
