Barry Cornelius was the Company’s first employee, and his prime responsibilities are in sales and resourcing assignments. The latter key responsibility relates to the fact that approximately half of our work is undertaken by associates/subcontractors. Fundamental to our quality of service is the resources we use, and Barry has a major role in the quality control of associates. Barry has worked in local government for 25 years, both as an employee and as a consultant. He is a member of the Institute of Accounting Technicians and has vast experience of local government accounting. He has developed his skills and knowledge of the market by working closely with Stephen Prince and Henry Jones, and was Assistant Chief Executive for 3 years.
