Our Terms and Conditions of Business identify our system for dealing with complaints. In addition they confirm our responsibility to undertake assignments with reasonable care and skill and, they do not contain any 'get out' clauses for poor or non-performance. Non-delivery is not an option. Hence we have no experience of fines, failures or contract termination.
In addition, our Quality Assurance Policy confirms:

- our guarantee of outcomes when the client takes on board our solutions
- that our professional management support structure ensures that work is completed efficiently and effectively and to a high standard.
Finally, since we value our reputation and our clients so highly, we provide access to senior management at all reasonable times, minimising the scope for further complaints procedures to be triggered or non performance to occur.
