The consultant provided was able to work autonomously with minimal direction, but also provided regular updates to ensure that the work being carried out was in accordance with the requirements of the organisation. He was not afraid to ask clarification questions to ensure that he had the correct understanding of the issues to be addressed.
He was able to identify the working culture of the organisation quickly & adapt his own style to ensure that he was able to work effectively as part of the management team.
