Trevor has gained extensive experience, primarily within a systems environment, undertaking major systems reviews, developments and implementations. He has particular experience in undertaking the role of Project Manager in the upgrade and replacement of core financial systems, often extending them to enable e-Procurement systems. This has involved applying Prince2 or PRIDE project management methodology and giving implementation support and training to a user base often exceeding 400 staff. He has also been involved with a number of sites where problems have been experienced carrying out bank reconciliations working with and training the staff involved, bringing them to a position where the reconciliations are being maintained correctly.
