Neale is a CIPFA qualified housing finance professional who has held senior finance roles as well more technical finance positions in Local Government, a Housing Association and an ALMO. He is experienced in using different Housing software e.g. Orchard, Keystone and Omni. He has recently worked with a client on their response to the HRA self-financing consultation, and successfully completed the installation and training for Brixx HRA business planning software.
