David is an experienced management accountant, with financial experience across LGA and Health as well as the private sector. In Local Government, David has experience of IFRS preparation, bank reconciliations, fixed assets, VAT, management and financial accountancy and project work. Within the NHS, David has been involved in an ALE review, commissioning, analysing activity data and contract monitoring. He has undertaken four assignments within Health on our behalf and has received glowing praise for his work.
