Whilst our consultants are selected for their proven expertise, all recruits are chosen without any reference to age, colour, race, nationality, ethnic origin or gender. We would not use any consultant before carrying out a thorough vetting exercise, including taking up references from previous employers and speaking to contacts of our own who are familiar with the potential recruit. We do not maintain a database of untried and untested 'temps'.
In order to ensure that high quality services are delivered to our clients, we consider investment in our people to be essential. We aim to put all the appropriate tools into their hands to enable them to maximise their performance.
