Suffolk Mental Health Partnership Trust has given us the green light to proceed with the E-Rostering project across the Trust. Public Sector Consultants are working with the Trust and outside agencies to develop and write this successful business case which will provide the Trust with significant cost savings, efficiency and improved management capabilities. A steering group has been established by the Trust to implement the system early in the new financial year.
