Public Sector Consultants is pleased to be associated with the successful joint bid for ‘Challenge Funds’ to enable whole health economies to look at different ways of improving the patient and user experience linked to safety and effectiveness for Dementia services. This was a joint bid made by NHS Suffolk, Ipswich Hospital Trust, West Suffolk Hospitals Trust, Suffolk Mental Health Partnership Trust & Suffolk County Council.
The objective of the scheme is to develop a Dementia Care Pathway and admission avoidance scheme to District General Hospitals and to improve support to both clinicians and health care professionals. Coordinated by associate David Milner, Public Sector Consultants managed and submitted the successful bid for this scheme.
