Frank has over 28 years experience in accounting, project management, change management, and consulting across the public sector both in the UK and internationally. He is a CIPFA accountant with a proven delivery track record on final accounts, budgets, project management, contract management, It systems implementation, business case production, performance management and audit.
Frank’s most most recent experience however has been in South Africa where as part of a team of British, American, Canadian and Australian experts he made a major contribution to the implementation of International Financial Reporting Standards and best professional practices in a number of local government, provincial and national organisations. Frank may be one of the few public accountants in the country with practical experience of IFRS implementation.
