We are a private limited company incorporated on 28 January 2000 as company number 3915426. The Company was established by Stephen Prince to ‘give the public sector the services it was entitled to’. Initially our aim was to provide interim management and consultancy services for local government finance departments, and in this area of core activity we have seen significant growth. This has resulted in us winning 52nd place in the 2005 Sunday Times Virgin Atlantic Fast Track 100 league table.

We have over 120 consultants working for us at any one time.. We have delivered services to a high standard to over 200 clients, attracting repeat business and positive referrals when requested. We have done all of this by adopting an approach based on quality, value for money and professionalism in all that we do (qvp). We have adopted this since day one.

Our Company is being built to last with an infrastructure supported by our qvp ethos, empathy to and understanding of the public sector, our quality resources and their expertise and our financial strength.

Of greatest significance to the Company have been our clients and our people, not turnover and profits. We are a Company that will always be committed to the public sector and indeed, many of our consultants have had successful careers in providing public services. Because we value our family of stakeholders so highly, we aim to support and protect them in all they do. In return, we are confident that they will continue to invest in the success of our Company.

We have got where we are because our ethos is appropriate and our aims have been clear. In addition, we have distanced ourselves from our competitors through our unique approach to contract management, our professional management support structure. The Company continues to aim high and provide services in a way that is attractive to our public sector family.

Our strategic aim is to be a provider of a comprehensive range of professional support services. Finance remains our core activity but beyond this, we have experienced consultants with management expertise in other public sector service areas. Finally, our track record enables us to offer ourselves to clients as viable providers of long term managed service contracts and larger consultancy assignments.
